Health journeys can feel lonely.
Many people try to change their habits, or improve their health without support from those around them. When the people in your life are not on the same path, it can be difficult to stay motivated.
Group Coaching offers a different experience.
In this program, two or more people work together while receiving the same guidance and support.
Often these groups include:
- spouses
- family members
- close friends
- siblings
- parents and adult children
Even when individuals have different health concerns, sharing the process together can be incredibly powerful.
Why Group Healing Works
When people improve their health together, they often:
- support each other between sessions
- share experiences and observations
- help reinforce new habits
- feel less alone in the process
Small daily decisions become easier when others in your environment are making similar changes.
Group Coaching follows the same structure as the Personal Coaching program.
3-Month Program
MONTH 1
Weekly sessions (4 sessions)
During this stage we focus on:
- Understanding your health history
- Identifying possible root causes
- Establishing foundational changes
- Creating a realistic healing plan
MONTHS 2 and 3
Bi-weekly sessions (4 sessions)
These sessions focus on:
- Monitoring your progress, and understanding each person’s needs
- Adjusting and tweaking protocols if needed
- Addressing new symptoms or changes
- Building sustainable habits and lifestyle changes
- Share progress and challenges
- Empowering you to continue your healing beyond the program.
Each participant still receives individual attention, while benefiting from the group dynamic.

Sometimes the biggest barrier to healing is lack of support. This program creates an environment where healing becomes a shared experience.

Healing is deeply personal, but support can make the path lighter.
That is completely fine. Many foundational health principles apply broadly, and each participant still receives individual guidance.
In fact, in a group coaching environment, you learn about other health issues, and healing principles that you may apply to yourself or other loved ones in your life.
You decide who you want to be in your group.
Groups are intentionally small, ideally two to four people, so everyone receives attention.
It is advisable to have all participants join the program right from the start, as most foundational issues are discussed at the beginning of the program.
Healing timelines naturally differ. The group environment focuses on encouragement rather than comparison.
Well and good, if one person progresses faster than another. They can help the others who are “behind”, and be an important source of encouragement for the group.
Each participant still receives personalized guidance. The difference is simply that the sessions are shared.
There are many benefits to a group coaching as we discussed above.
All coaching sessions are held through video calls, allowing us to connect face-to-face no matter where you are in the world.
Sessions can be conducted through WhatsApp, Telegram, or Google Meet, depending on whichever platform is most convenient and comfortable for you.
The 1:1 Personal Coaching program is a one-time investment of US$999. For this group coaching, there is an additional U$299 for each additional person. (Example: For a 3-person group, it would be US$999+US$299+US$299=US$1,597).

Once I receive your message, I will send you a PayPal invoice for a 50% deposit to confirm your consultation. After the deposit is received, I will send you a set of health evaluation forms to complete.
Each person will complete a set of all the required forms. These forms help me understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and current concerns in detail.
After you submit your completed forms, I will take 2–4 business days to review and prepare your personalized recommendations. Before we schedule our first coaching session, the remaining 50% balance will be settled to confirm your appointment.
Once the review is complete, we will schedule the first coaching session where we will go through everything together.
During this first session, I will:
- Explain my observations and findings from the evaluation forms. As this will be an open group coaching, each participant must be comfortable with open sharing of their health issues.
- Walk you through the suggested healing protocol, which may be different for each participant.
- Answer any questions you may have.
Coaching sessions typically lasts between one and 1.5 hours each time.
Each session is designed to feel like a calm, supportive conversation, where we take the time to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your healing steps as needed.
There is no rush—the goal is to create a space where each of you feel heard, supported, and guided.
Because healing is a gradual process, these sessions allow us to observe how your body responds over time, refine your protocols, and continue moving forward in a thoughtful and sustainable way.
