A 1:1 Guided 3-Month Healing Journey
Healing can feel overwhelming when you try to do everything on your own.
Many people know they need to change something in their lifestyle, diet, or habits, but they struggle with knowing where to start, staying consistent, or understanding what their body truly needs.
Personal Coaching is a one-on-one, three-month guided program designed to support you step-by-step, as you rebuild your health. In other words, it’s a hand-holding process to help you navigate this healing journey that may appear confusing and overwhelming for you.
Rather than rushing the process, we move slowly and thoughtfully, allowing your body to adapt and respond naturally. The program is customized to specifically suit your body, your pace, your lifestyle.
This program includes eight private coaching sessions over three months.
MONTH 1
Weekly sessions (4 sessions)
During this stage we focus on:
- Understanding your health history
- Identifying possible root causes
- Establishing foundational changes
- Creating a realistic healing plan
MONTHS 2 & 3
Bi-weekly sessions (4 sessions)
These sessions focus on:
- Monitoring your progress
- Adjusting and tweaking protocols if needed
- Addressing new symptoms or changes
- Building sustainable habits
- Empowering you to continue your healing beyond the program.
Healing rarely happens overnight. These three months allow us to observe how your body responds and adjust accordingly.
Each client’s journey is different. Depending on your needs, we may explore areas such as:
- Digestion and gut health
- Chronic inflammation
- Fatigue and energy balance
- Nutrient deficiencies
- Detoxification support
- Hormonal balance
- Nervous system regulation
- Sleep quality
- Emotional and lifestyle stressors
Our goal is to support the body in returning to balance naturally.
Personal Coaching is ideal for people who:

No. Healing works best when it is flexible and personalized. We adapt the process to your life.
However, I usually recommend the best and fastest way to healing, if you can follow. Some clients prefer to take the slower path, which works just as well—slow, steady, consistently—we will get there.
We go with your pace.
That is completely normal. The purpose of coaching is support and adjustment, not perfection.
There are many ways to healing. We can tweak the program to suit your pace as we go along. This is where hand-holding is so important to make sure you don’t get left behind.
Sometimes supplements may be suggested, but they are never the only focus. Lifestyle and foundational health always come first.
However, when situations arise where deficiency is severe, supplements may be the quickest way to recover.
Some clients choose to extend coaching if/when they want deeper support in later phases of healing.
Some clients with severe conditions may require more than a 3-month program. So yes, you absolutely can continue the program beyond three months, and continue to get the same personalized, hand-holding experience as we walk this healing journey together.
All coaching sessions are held through video calls, allowing us to connect face-to-face no matter where you are in the world.
Sessions can be conducted through WhatsApp, Telegram, or Google Meet, depending on whichever platform is most convenient and comfortable for you.
This 1:1 Personal Coaching program is a one-time investment of US$999.
If you feel this option is right for you, simply fill out the contact form on this page and let me know that you would like to begin.
Once I receive your message, I will send you a PayPal invoice for a 50% deposit to confirm your consultation. After the deposit is received, I will send you a set of health evaluation forms to complete. These forms help me understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and current concerns in detail.
After you submit your completed forms, I will take 2–4 business days to review and prepare your personalized recommendations. Before we schedule our first coaching session, the remaining 50% balance will be settled to confirm your appointment.
Once the review is complete, we will schedule the first coaching session where we will go through everything together.
At the first coaching session, I will:
- explain my observations and findings from the evaluation forms
- walk you through the suggested healing protocol
- answer any questions you may have
Coaching sessions typically lasts between 45 and 60 minutes each time.
There is A LOT to take away from this 3-month program. You are being educated with proven methods, and empowered to continue your healing beyond the coaching sessions.
Your comfort and confidence in the process are important. If at any point you feel that the program is not the right fit for you, you may choose to discontinue the program.
Simply notify me in writing, and the program will be terminated.
Any remaining balance will be refunded on a pro-rated basis, after deducting the value of the sessions that have already been completed, along with an administrative fee of US$200.
The intention is for you to feel free and supported in your decision, while also respecting my time investment in preparation, and structure involved in the program.
