Severe Eczema and TSW Reversed

Trisha Tan, 41 from Malaysia

Background

I work in the medical field, so I’m used to seeing illness. I’m used to symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment plans. But nothing prepares you for when your own body becomes the patient.

For me, it started with eczema.

At first, it was manageable. A patch here, some irritation there. But over time, it became so severe that it spread across my entire body. My skin was inflamed, raw, dry, scaly, and constantly itchy. There were days when even clothing felt unbearable against my skin.

Painful against my skin as it was, I still went out of the house often wearing high-necked, long-sleeved t-shirt even in our tropical country. The eczema scabs around my neck and arms were a horrible sight. I had to hide them.

I was embarrassed. Exhausted. And quietly desperate.

Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW)

Like many people suffering with eczema, I had been prescribed topical corticosteroids for my eczema. I used them for a long time, trusting the process because that’s what we’re taught to do.

But eventually, I decided to stop as I felt that my condition was not getting any better.

That’s when everything collapsed.

I went into topical steroid withdrawal (TSW)—something I didn’t fully understand at the time. Instead of improving, my skin became dramatically worse.

I experienced:

  • Intense inflammation
  • Burning and stinging sensations
  • Swelling
  • Peeling skin
  • Severe dryness
  • Constant, uncontrollable itching
  • My skin felt like it was on fire some days.

Body lotions no longer helped. I had to use thick, greasy balms just to survive the itch. Sleep became difficult. Concentration became impossible. I felt trapped inside my own body.

And yet, outwardly, I tried to stay strong.

Reaching Out To Sara

Because I work in the healthcare industry, I’ll be honest—I wasn’t sure how I felt about natural healing at first. I wasn’t skeptical. Just cautious.

When I met Sara, something about her grounded approach stood out. She didn’t dismiss medicine. She didn’t promise miracles. She simply explained how the body works—how inflammation, digestion, stress, toxins, and nutrition are all connected.

She listened to me.

She didn’t rush.

She didn’t judge.

She believed she could help me, and that quiet confidence gave me hope.

Knowing how intense my condition was, she offered me her 3-month program at a discounted rate. I appreciated that more than I can express. I gladly accepted.

At that point, I was tired of suffering. I was ready to do anything to heal.

Starting The 3-Month Program

My Struggles

At the start of the program, eczema wasn’t my only issue.

I was also dealing with:

  • Childhood asthma
  • Irregular bowel movements
  • Bloating
  • Insomnia
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Multiple food allergies and sensitivities
  • Extremely stressful home and work environments

Sara took her time in explaining to me, how I had arrived at my situation that day. She explained how all of these—my poor childhood health, my lifestyle, my eating habits, my home and work environment—were interconnected, it made logical sense.

My skin wasn’t the problem. My skin was the messenger.

Understanding My Healing Plan

During our first session, Sara carefully explained how I had arrived at this point—how prolonged stress, digestive dysfunction, immune overload, poor detoxification, and nutritional deficiencies can all show up on the skin.

She walked me through the healing protocol step-by-step and explained what we would be focusing on:

  • Healing my gut
  • Reducing inflammation
  • Supporting detoxification
  • Identifying food triggers
  • Rebuilding my body with real nutrition

She also warned me gently but clearly: because my condition was severe, the program would be intense.

If I wanted results, I had to be consistent. I was all in.

My Healing Protocols

We began with Sara’s signature gastrointestinal cleanse.

With my consent, we also added a coffee enema protocol, which Sara explained would be one of the most effective and fastest ways to support deep detoxification for my situation.

At that point, I had no idea what it was but I was open.

Sara explained everything clearly: why we were doing it, how it supported the liver, how it helped reduce inflammation, and how it could speed up healing.

I trusted Sara’s confidence.

My daily routine changed gradually throughout the three months:

  • Gradual but intentional, strategized diet changes
  • Daily coffee enemas
  • Gastrointestinal cleansing
  • Fresh greens juicing
  • Targeted supplementation

It was a lot, but I was tired of living in pain.

Relief Came Sooner Than Expected

What surprised me most was how quickly I started to see improvements.

After implementing the recommendations from just the first session, I noticed:

  • Less inflammation
  • Reduced itching
  • My skin felt calmer
  • My body felt lighter

For the first time in a long time, I felt hope.

I was hooked.

Discovering My Food Triggers

As we continued, we introduced an elimination diet to figure out what foods were triggering my allergic reactions and worsening my eczema.

This was eye-opening.

Foods I thought were healthy for me turned out to be inflammatory for my body. Learning this gave me a sense of control I hadn’t felt in months.

Instead of guessing, I finally understood what my body needed—and what it didn’t.

3 Months Later But Not The End

By the end of the 3-month program, the transformation was undeniable.

My eczema had improved by about 60%.

But it wasn’t just my skin.

  • My digestion was better
  • My bloating had reduced
  • My energy levels were improving
  • My sleep was more consistent
  • My reactions to food were calmer

I wasn’t fully healed—but I was no longer trapped in survival mode.

Sara didn’t just guide me through the program. She taught me how to continue on my own. She equipped and empowered me with knowledge, routines, and habits so that I could carry on my healing.

Continuing Beyond the Program

After the program ended, I kept going.

  • I continued eating clean
  • I maintained detox practices
  • I stayed mindful of stress
  • I listened to my body.

Healing didn’t stop just because the program ended. It became part of my life.

And slowly, steadily, my skin continued to improve.

One Year Later

About a year later, I reached out to Sara again to share the good news that I was 99% healed.

There was just one stubborn patch behind my ear that refused to disappear.

She explained something that stuck with me: Eczema often starts behind the ears, which means it’s usually the last place to fully clear.

She reassured me that if I continued my healthy protocols, it would eventually resolve.

And she was right.

As someone from the medical field, this experience reshaped how I view health. It reminded me that our body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right support.

I’m thankful not only for my skin healing—but for learning how to care for myself in a way I never had before.

Thank you, Sara!
